A part of agriculture should be taken up by government, in countries where small land holdings is high. If the fields of a large number of farmers is taken by the government on lease and proper steps are taken, wonders can happen. Not only a huge agriculture produce will become a possibility because of the extensive farming taken up by the government , but also the the farmers can come out of the poverty. However, the farmers should get their rightful share from the produce that would come at every interval of time.
